Richard D. Turner

Born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Ric Turner received his B.S. degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Alabama in 1977. After working as an insurance adjuster for several years, he entered law school at Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama and graduated in 1987 and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1988.

Ric is a member of the Alabama State Bar and Tuscaloosa County Bar Association. He is a member of Trinity United Methodist Church where he teaches Sunday school and has served on various committees as both member and chairperson.

Mr. Turner’s areas of practice include, disability law, personal injury and wrongful death cases, will drafting and estate planning, domestic relations and child custody cases and misdemeanor criminal cases and DUI. He specializes in Social Security Disability cases and domestic relations.

Ric’s interests include travel, camping, reading and spending time with his wife, Trisha, and their child Brittany Denton and grandchild Turner McCartney Denton.
